Macro won't work ingame?

I'm new to this, so forgive me if it's something obvious.

I'm trying to run a macro in the game Mortal Online. If it's of any importance I'm using Windows 7. Other macro programs like AHK also don't work, with the same problem.

I can get the macro to work in every window, except the actual game. I tried making a profile that's active when the mortal online exe is running, but finding the exe in the C: drive didn't work. Trying to set it using the GamePanel display just switched it back to browse with a blank box.

If anyone could help me get this working it'd be greatly appreciated.
