Default Fault in design

I love my g35 headset and I have a lot of gaming friends who have them but I have found that a large amount of people that I know also have the same issue where the side plastic (there area between the ear piece and head band that g35 in written) cracks and later breaks.
It is always the same place and almost identical crack.

Still love the headset sound quality is brilliant and microphone voice quality is the best I have heard. Just hope they looking into this factory fault b4 they bring out the next generation of headset.

I believe Logitech have warranties on all their products (it is, after all, required by law in most countries), and your statutory rights guarantee a basic warranty in most countries, too.

The semantics of the warranty are dependent entirely upon the consumer statutes of your country too.

Depending upon the country you're in, you may need to return the item directly to Logitech, or just to the retailer from which it was purchased.

You should contact Logitech if you think you're owed a replacement due to defective manufacture or materials, and they may point you in the right direction.
